CHRISTMAS

Lo, how a Rose e’er blooming from tender stem hath sprung!

Of Jesse’s lineage coming, as men of old have sung.

It came, a floweret bright, amid the cold of winter,

When half spent was the night.

Isaiah ’twas foretold it, the Rose I have in mind

With Mary we behold it, the Virgin Mother kind.

To show God’s LOVE aright, she bore to us a SAVIOUR,

When half-spent was the night!

The shepherds heard the story proclaimed by Angels bright,

How CHRIST, the LORD OF GLORY was born on earth this night.

To Bethlehem they sped and in the manger they found HIM,

As Angel heralds said.

This Flower, whose fragrance tender with sweetness fills the air,

Dispels with glorious splendor the darkness everywhere;

True Man, yet VERY GOD, from sin and death HE saves us,

And lightens every load.

May the Babe of Bethlehem bless and protect you all.  May His Dearest Mother wrap you in her mantle of Divine Love and through her Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart take you to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, there to be safe and loved forevermore.  Amen.

Saintly Wisdom

“Men do not fear a powerful, hostile army as the powers of Hell fear the Name and protection of Mary.”- Saint Bonaventure

“I ask you to consider that Our Lord Jesus Christ is your true Head and that you are a member of His Body.  He belongs to you as the head belongs to the body.  All that is His is yours: breath, heart, body, soul and all His faculties.  All of these you must use as if they belonged to you, so that in serving Him you may give Him praise, love and glory.”- Saint John Eudes

“Since Jesus has gone to Heaven now, I can only follow the traces He has left behind.  But how bright these traces are!  How fragrant and divine!  I have only to glance at the Gospels; at once this fragrance from the Life of Jesus reaches me and I know which way to run: to the lowest, not the highest place!”- Saint Therese of Lisieux

“Can there be a more fitting pursuit in youth or a more valuable possession in old age than a knowledge of Holy Scripture?  In the midst of storms it will preserve you from the dangers of shipwreck and guide you to the shore of an enchanting paradise and the ever-lasting bliss of the Angels.”- Saint Boniface

“Know that our faith is strengthened by the resurrection of Christ.  The Passion of Christ represents the misery of our present life, while the resurrection of Christ gives us a brilliant glimpse of the happiness of the future life.  Let us apply ourselves energetically in the present life and hope in the future.  Now is the time for painful struggle; then will come the recompense.  Those who are lazy about carrying out their work will be brazenly impudent if they expect the recompense.”- Saint Agustine

“He will provide the way and the means, such as you could never have imagined.  Leave it all to Him, let go of yourself, lose yourself on the Cross and you will find yourself entirely.”- Saint Catherine of Sienna

“O my God, fill my soul with holy joy, courage and strength to serve You.  Enkindle Your Love in me and then walk with me along the next stretch of road before me.”- Sr. Benedicta of the Cross- Edith Stein

“He who labors as he prays lifts his heart to God with his hands.”- Saint Benedict of Nursia

The Feast of the Most Holy Rosary

The importance of the Holy Rosary cannot be overstated.  It is a wonderful, most powerful sacramental that brings about many miracles of the natural and supernatural.  It is nothing short of the Ladder to Heaven!

The Triune God through Our Blessed Mother Mary gave the Holy Rosary to Saint Dominic and Blessed Alan de la Roche in a singular privilege of Grace with the intention of having it grow throughout the world for all ages and peoples.

The word Rosary means ‘Crown of Roses’.  Each time we pray a Hail Mary with devotion and love we are giving Our Lady a Heavenly Rose.  Each Holy Rosary makes a Crown of Roses.  Because the rose is the queen of flowers so the Holy Rosary is the Queen of All Devotions.  No other prayer except the Most Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is more pleasing to God.  You see, the prayers of a mother are the most powerful on earth and the Holy Rosary is the prayer of THE MOTHER!  She is Our Divine Mother who brings us to her Son Jesus Christ, Who alone is worthy of adoration and Who is the Saviour of the World.

When we pray the Holy Rosary we are close to Christ as the mysteries of His Life both on earth and in Heaven are contained in this magnificent prayer.  Praying the Holy Rosary sustains souls that are in areas of persecution.  An example of this is the good Irish people who suffered so greatly at the hands of Protestants during her captivity.  We also see the Hope of God being made manifest through this devotion in China, the Muslim countries and all parts of the world that are under persecution.

There is no more recognizable symbol of the Catholic Faith than the Holy Rosary.  It proclaims to the world that we are CATHOLIC FOREVER.  Just the seeing of the Holy Rosary in the hands of a person is a silent evangelization that shouts the Love of God to all that witness it.

There is no wonder that Satan hates the Holy Rosary and all who are devoted to the Most Blessed Mother of Christ.  During an exorcism that I know about, the exorcist demanded of the demons an answer to this question: “Is any soul that is truly devoted to the Blessed Mother of God lost?”  The demons answered: “NO!- but that doesn’t stop us from trying!”

In all of her true apparitions the Blessed Mother has begged her children to pray the Holy Rosary for peace in the world and in our lives and hearts.  She asks for no other prayer!  This is how important the Holy Rosary is to God and how necessary it is for our perseverance to the end of our days in Grace.

The Rosary has a special place- a hallowed, loving part.  Be not ashamed my Christian friend- it’s roots are in His Heart!

Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, pray for us!

Please Remember Them!

It is with sadness and outrage that we report on the continuing horrendous persecution of the Catholic Faithful and other Christians in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria and other countries of the world, including Indonesia.  Actually, in varying degrees Catholics are persecuted in almost ALL Muslim countries.

We have reported on actual CRUCIFIXIONS of the Faithful, particularly the young!  The starving of priests and bishops in CHINA, as well as other countries.

What is saddest about these tortures unto death is that “Pope” Francis IS SAYING NOTHING!  He has continued to act like a celebrity and soaks up the adulation of the masses while being silent about those brothers and sisters, including children who are being murdered right now.

As you know, this website and CAT- CATHOLICS AGAINST TORTURE has been hacked into by forces of the Vatican.  This is no idle charge- we have the evidence of the origin of these hacks and they come from ‘Catholic’ sources in Italy as well as other areas of the world.

Can you imagine the current powers of the Newchurch persecuting and coming after sites so small as this one?!  What does this tell us?  It tells us that we are on the right path, that we are doing the Will of the Good Lord and that they will go to any lengths to stifle all opposition to the Rome of the False Council.  They are most frightened of the True Mass and Sacraments and seek to injure real priests and true Catholics.

Please pray for us, but more importantly PRAY FOR THE TORTURED!  Talk about them every day!  Also, please pray for us.  May the Sacred Heart of Jesus be adored and loved and may the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary be honored and loved by all souls.  Saint Joseph, Guardian of the Universal Church, protect and defend all Catholics everywhere and at all times.

We have been found worthy to be persecuted for the sake of Jesus Christ.  Amen.

Efficacious Prayer To The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus

O Sacred Heart of Jesus, source of all goodness and healing, You have loved me from all eternity.  Now I ask You for the grace to love You in return.  Please increase within me Your gifts of faith, hope and charity.  I offer You my heart, wounded by sin, crippled by weakness, but not beyond Your power to make me whole again.

Jesus, I ask that You continue to touch me, calm me and heal me.  Teach me to be gentle and humble of heart, to be patient and loving.

In You I live and move and have my being.  In You I am healed.  Keep me close to You and the life and wholeness that You bring.  When I stray, give me the grace to accept Your invitation to return to You.

Glory to You, O Most Sacred Heart; glory and praise and thanksgiving today and every day.

AMEN and AMEN.

Truly I Say To You

St. Francis of Paola & St. Bruno

“Be peace loving.  Peace is a precious treasure to be sought with great zeal.  You are well aware that our sins arouse God’s anger.  You must change your life, therefore, so that God in His mercy will pardon you.  What we conceal from men is known to God.  Be converted, then, with a sincere heart.  Live your life that you may receive the blessing of the Lord, then the peace of God Our Father will be with you always.”-St. Francis of Paola

“While the world changes, the CROSS stands firm.”-St. Bruno
