It is the constant teaching of Holy Mother Church that through the consecrated hands of the Catholic priest, Jesus Christ Himself comes down upon the altar in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, to become our very Food and Drink! \u00a0He loves us so much that He becomes our actual and spiritual sustenance. \u00a0What Love is this? that causes the King of Bliss to continue His magnificent sacrifice upon the Cross of Calvary, in an un-bloody manner, for the salvation of the elect? \u00a0How wonderful and special is this Most Blessed Sacrament!<\/p>\n

O God, Who in this wondrous Sacrament has left us the memorial of Thy Passion, grant us, we pray Thee, so to revere the sacred mysteries of Thy Body and Blood that we may always experience in our souls the fruits of Thy redemption. \u00a0We pray in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ, Who lives and reigns forever with God the Father and in the unity of the Holy Ghost. \u00a0Amen.<\/p>\n
