God Is Great

I have often marveled at the way the good Lord works in our lives. When we are in the state of grace and are open to His will and ways He works all things for our good. He puts people in our lives as a gift and then removes them for protection, either for them or for us. We are often like ships that pass in the night, or to use another metaphor like pilgrims on the way of life. We meet up for a while and then part ways. Sometimes He gives us wonderful friends that stay with us for life. This is a great and beautiful gift and one for which we should always be grateful.

However it is in your life, remember that all folks have their own path, their own walk with the Lord. Be kind to all and open to learn from everyone, especially those who persecute us. This is part of the mystery of salvation and an important part of being Catholic. Love. Pray. Forgive. Do the best you can and you will have peace. Always pray for others and never go to sleep without a prayer of gratitude to the Blessed Mother. If you love the Mother, the Son will love you!
