The meaning of life is this: to know, love and serve God in this life, so that we may be forever happy with Him in the next, which is eternal. To love God is the greatest of virtues; to be loved by God is the greatest of blessings. God gives this greatest of His blessings to all of His children. We have but to accept it. Once we accept it we are compelled by gratitude to love our neighbor, thereby becoming part of the great cycle of blessing that is God’s will for His creation, instead of the spiral of negativity that is its lack. It is very simple. Accept Love and love in return. “All things work together for good to them that love the Lord…”
